These terms govern your use of compareivf.com (the "Site"), operated by CompareIVF ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.

What CompareIVF Is

CompareIVF is an independent information and directory service that helps people research and compare IVF and fertility clinics, doctors, treatments, costs, and related information in India. We are not a hospital, clinic, medical practice, insurer, or booking platform, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please read our Medical Disclaimer alongside these terms.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for adults. By using it, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or are accessing it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Using the Site

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site other than through our published feeds intended for that purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent information through any form, including reviews.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a clinic or doctor.
• Use the Site's contact or consultation forms for spam, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to genuinely researching fertility treatment.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site.
• Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law.

Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review or other content, it must reflect your own genuine experience, expressed honestly. We moderate reviews before they are published and reserve the right to reject, edit for length or clarity, or remove any review or content, including after publication, at our discretion, for example if we believe it is fraudulent, defamatory, or violates these terms. Submitting a review does not entitle you to compensation. By submitting content to the Site, you grant CompareIVF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, display, and distribute it on the Site and in related promotional materials.

Clinic and Doctor Information

Information about clinics and doctors on the Site is compiled from public sources, including India's National ART & Surrogacy Registry, clinic and doctor websites, and information provided directly to us. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy, and it can change without our knowledge. A "Verified" badge indicates only that a clinic's government ART registration was confirmed against the official registry as of the date noted on its profile; it is not an endorsement of clinical quality, safety, or outcomes. If you notice inaccurate information, please tell us at hello@compareivf.com so we can look into it.

Third-Party Links

The Site links to clinic and doctor websites, government portals, and other third-party resources we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party sites, and linking to them isn't an endorsement.

Intellectual Property

The Site's design, text, graphics, and CompareIVF branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial research into fertility treatment. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CompareIVF harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
